Hello fellow bakers! I know this may be hard to believe but yes….I cook. I am not into it as much since we live in such a small Rv but once into the house you will be getting Loads of these posts😉 This was a special occasion though so I decided to make a special chicken sauce and a gorgeous meal, If I say so myself.
I wanted to share the recipe with you, I altered it a bit but you could just stick to the real recipe.
Here are the ingredients you need:
2 cups of Chicken broth
1/2 cup of brown sugar (we were out so I used white)
1/2 cup of Honey
1/4 soy sauce
6 cloves of minced Garlic ( I used 5)
1 tsp of minced fresh ginger
1/4 water
1 Tbsp cornstarch
3 chicken breast
and olive oil
Instructions:
Get a saucepan and add Chicken broth, sugar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and Ginger. Turn on heat to medium. Stir in the sauce pan and little, the get skillet out. Pour olive oil in and turn on low flame. Stick chicken in. Then go back to sauce pan and stir until a gentle boil, then let it simmer. Mix in a small bowl water and cornstarch. Then add it to the saucepan and stir for 3o sec. Then let it simmer again. Cook chicken and add some basil (optional). Then turn sauce off. after preparing pour sauce over chicken and enjoy!
here are the pictures of the outcome.
We didn’t have very many vegetables at the time so I gave some bread, sliced cucumbers, and a carrot with it. Hope you enjoyed!
